You've expanded (to the point where you've traded high-fashion for your husband's XXL T-shirts), answered way too many questions about your babies' conception, and felt your belly bounce like jelly as your dynamic duo engaged in a boxing match. And the adventure has only begun.

The babies are here!

Which means that we can confidently assume that you're wearing pajamas, sweats and/or a baseball hat.

How are we doing so far?

We've been there. We know you're shoulder deep in diapers, questions, and the need for support from someone who gets it.

The First Years section is your guide to all things feeding, bathing, and sleeping. You'll be doing a lot of those three things this year, but hopefully this section will also give you some strategies for maintaining your relationship with your spouse, not losing sight of who you are in the midst of raising multiples, and having words more intelligent than 'poop' and 'la la la' at the ready!
